in the yellow pages. I have been in this line of work for over 30 years and still do all my own work. The customer benefits

I spent 10 years in high rise building engineering. Then I decided one day to go it alone. I have since acquired
a GENERAL CONTRACTORS LICENSE, 1990. I also am a CERTIFIED APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with the Apartment Association
of Indiana, 1985. I graduated from Ben Davis High School and have attended Ivy Tech and ITT Technical Institute. With over
30 years of hands on experience in Building maintenance, Apartments, Hotels and Motels, and residential housing repairs and
construction, I have the tools and knowledge to GET THE JOB DONE! I hold a Universal CFC certification, a certified lead
renovator certification, a general contractors license, I have been bonded for over 15 years, and hold certificates of general
liability insurance.
